The important stuff
What to expect from us

When you make a booking with us, we will supply exactly what you have booked. If there is a problem such as damage or loss then we will offer a suitable substitute

We will deliver in plenty of time for your event and collect promptly afterwards

All our games are deemed safe when used in accordance with our instructions

All electrical equipment is PAT tested

What we expect from you

We expect you to take good care of items you hire from us. Treat them with respect so they will be ready to hire to someone else

We will ask for a deposit when you make a booking and this will secure the date for you. The balance will be due 7 days before the event date

You will be liable for any loss or damage and late returns will be charged for. We may also request a security deposit on some items

What if something goes wrong?

In the unfortunate event of items being lost or damaged, you will be charged accordingly

If you need to cancel your booking then the following cancellation charges will be payable:
Within 90 days of booking - deposit returned
89-60 days before the event - 50% of deposit returned
Less than 60 days notice - Deposit forfeited
