The important stuff

What to expect from us

  • When you make a booking with us, we will supply exactly what you have booked. If there is a problem such as damage or loss then we will offer a suitable substitute

  • We will deliver in plenty of time for your event and collect promptly afterwards

  • All our games are deemed safe when used in accordance with our instructions

  • All electrical equipment is PAT tested

What we expect from you

  • We expect you to take good care of items you hire from us. Treat them with respect so they will be ready to hire to someone else

  • We will ask for a deposit when you make a booking and this will secure the date for you. The balance will be due 7 days before the event date

  • You will be liable for any loss or damage and late returns will be charged for. We may also request a security deposit on some items

What if something goes wrong?

  • In the unfortunate event of items being lost or damaged, you will be charged accordingly

  • If you need to cancel your booking then the following cancellation charges will be payable:

Within 90 days of booking - deposit returned

89-60 days before the event - 50% of deposit returned

Less than 60 days notice - Deposit forfeited
